Forfeiture

Ownership
The Gravy app, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Race Gravy Ventures LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without our permission.
Your Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Gravy on your device. This license is for personal use only.
User Content
Any content you submit through Gravy (such as profile information) remains yours. By submitting content, you give us permission to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the app.

As-Is Provision
Gravy is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content or features.
Race Information
While we strive to provide accurate race information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of race details. You are responsible for independently verifying all race information, including dates, times, locations, and registration requirements, directly with race organizers.
Location Data
Gravy's location services are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of location-based recommendations or services.
Third-Party Content
Gravy may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
No Fitness Advice
Gravy does not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before engaging in physical activities or races.
8. Limitation of Liability
Race-Related Issues
Gravy is not responsible for:
- Race cancellations, postponements, or changes
- Injuries or illnesses sustained during races
- Issues with race registration or participation
- Weather conditions or other natural events affecting races
- Decisions made by race organizers
Rewards
Because rewards are offered by our brand partners, Gravy cannot guarantee their availability, redemption, or fulfillment. We work closely with our partners to ensure a great experience, but ultimate responsibility for reward delivery lies with the issuing partner.
Service Availability
Gravy makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or any losses resulting from such interruptions.
Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Race Gravy Ventures LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other losses arising from your use of Gravy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination by Gravy

- Gaming or exploiting the rewards system
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Abusive conduct toward other users
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use Gravy ceases immediately. You will lose access to your account and any unclaimed rewards. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Survival
Provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
